Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Reese Rhett & Co! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Custom Orders

All of our items are made to order. Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, monograms, colors, sizes, and design selections before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Turnaround Time

Our current production time is 7–14 business days before shipping. During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, turnaround times may be extended. Updated turnaround times will always be posted on our website or social media.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Personalized Items

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, all personalized and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

However if we make an error on your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work quickly to make it right.

Colors & Materials

We do our best to accurately display product colors and fabrics. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, fabric availability, and dye lots.

If an exact fabric shown is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar, high-quality fabric that complements the design.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Care Instructions

To help preserve the quality of your embroidered items:

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
Iron inside out if needed.
Do not iron directly over embroidery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

All designs, logos, photographs, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Reese Rhett & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
